Additive technologies: 3D SLA DLP® printer.

After the first design step of our 3D printer models for SLA additive manufacturing and after having built the first models installed in China and Italy, we focused on LED + DLP® technology, developing a printer with improved performance and optimized for the Italian and European market: the SLA DLP 75-50 3D Printer.

It is a small printer that can be placed on a table and it is possible to adjust the XY resolution at 50 or 75 microns (factory setting); the resolution along the Z-axis can vary from 10 to 150 microns depending on the resin utilized, resin that also influences the construction speed of the parts.

The printer is currently being tested and used in our labs for parts printing service.

We are also developing proprietary resins which are optimized for our printer.
